I was very impressed with this movie, the acting was great, the writing was great, the sets were great. very little to say bad about this movie, which follows the end of the beginning of the end of a marriage. people say things outloud that one might say in one's head and the results are comical, insightful, and thoughtprovoking.
among the dozen or so movies i saw at sundance this year, with a complete package, i put this in my top 5.

Ms. Unger told us that she was drawn to the script, which reminded her of freaky directors she's worked with before.
in an nutshell, this movie is a freaky tale.
on one hand it's computer programer meets the neighbors on another hand it's a virtual sex machine on another hand it's about corporations, product placement, the dangers of commercialism.
the acting is incredible, the story will keep you glued, the cinematography is full of colors, moods, atmospheres, emotions.
this was my #2 pick for a flick at sundance this year behind the woodsman. go see it when it comes out near you.

Saw this opening day on friday, and was very pleasantly surprised. Here former engineer Shane Carruth has created a minimalistic look at the process 2 men take in created then exploting an invention that could revolutionize the world. I don't know if i'm giving anything away if i tell you that device allows the two men to go back in time, and doing so they face the many levels of problems that can happen including running into themselves, changing things and wreaking havoc, and paranoia above all else, which leads to their ultimate downfall. shot in black and white ala "PI" this movie will keep you entertained and will make you think. if you don't like thinking, this ain't the movie for you.
