While being a short film, it made me laugh, made me cry and made me believe in love. I connected with the characters and thought that the Directing was fantastic, as the movements were so subtle, yet so unbelievably poignant. I heard this Director did another film called Maggie Dancer, I finally found it and absolutely loved that one as well! I am not usually a short film person, but was completely smitten by The Penny Game. The underwater scenes were amazing, and I can't believe how great they were considering what the budget of the film must have been. I would highly recommend this film and if you are lucky enough to get your hands on Maggie Dancer, get that one too.
