It's and '99 recap of the decade. Almost is a parody for the 90s its self. But nostalgic none the less. Cool animation, everyday bs situation, fun trip back to the last great decade.
The first season was surprisingly good but lets be honest its a cheesey WB type show. It does have a very cool vibe to it and a somewhat compelling story line. But all and all a easy, very guity pleasure sitcom thats watcchable and enjoyable.
