Got to the start of Ep 3 and had enough and couldn't sit through another second of a script trying to force feed a "strong female character" throwing their weight around in an attempt to belittle their male counterparts. And it's so unbelievable it's just laughable! Try that in the real world and find yourself on the outside of any organisation with your hubris fully intact.
I appreciate it's called "Lioness" so its focus is on the female element, but it's so ridiculously unrealistic. There's no way a 100lb female is taking on a 230lb door kicker. If the focus is on the female, show them defeating their opponents in a realistic way that demonstrates the female guile and intelligence!
And still with Kidman physically looking so weird it detracts from the content!

Although there are times when you feel the "it's in 2 weeks" is overly fabricated and a bit repetitive, the show is really great fun!
All the cast are engaging and play their part very well. Sometimes it's hard to see how they make any money at all with the "distractions" thrown in for entertainment and some of these distractions make you think "come on really?????" (See leopards for context).
The influence of Mindy Hammond insisting the workshop be viable and Richard slowly realising he's now a businessman responsible for other people's livelihood makes a really good dynamic.
Love the show, love the content, just hope it has the subject matter to make it a long running and entertaining show!
