I just discovered this show and was enjoying watching it until they reported on a story I am very familiar with regarding my home state of North Carolina. The story was about the lost colony of Roanoke Island. The narrator stated the island is off the coast of Virginia and it is NOT. It is off the coast of North Carolina. Now I question the accuracy of ALL of their stories!!
The Travel Channel recently ran marathons of this show and Haunted Hospitals. I love a good ghost stories especially if they are told by the people that experienced it. But these two shows must be produced by the same people because they were stupid enough to use the same "actor" who was telling his supposedly real (but extremely unbelievable) stories. In one show he was wearing a 3-piece suit and claiming to be federal policeman for homeland security and in the other show he was a driver for a funeral home picking up dead bodies. Really??? Couldn't you have found different actors to PRETEND to have had paranormal experiences and tell your fake stories?? Isn't it against the law to impersonate a federal policeman? It should be against the law to air fake documentaries!!!
So the Travel Channel recently ran marathons of Paranormal 911 and Haunted Hospitals. Well I like a good ghost story especially if it's told by the people that actually experienced it. Well both of these shows must be produced by the same people (Canadians according to their accents) and were dumb enough to have the same "actor" telling different unbelievable stories. In one he's wearing a 3-piece suit claiming to be a federal policeman for homeland security and in the other he's wearing a knit shirt claiming to work for a funeral home transporting dead bodies. Really??? This stuff is so fake it's pathetic!!
