Watched this film and cannot help thinking how irritating Amitabh is. Playing the same character as he did in countless other films, only the female actors really shine,especially Nirupa Roy and Parvin Babi. The film ends up in London for no reason and the climax with the helicopter above Southampton was good.

I find the filmmakers must be smoking something to insult the intelligence of their audience. But for fans of Parvin Babi this film is a great showcase for her. Everything twist is do convenient and sloopy, the writers and filmmaker must have been in a hurry to get this film in the can and exhibit it half finished. Really mediocre crap. Stupid film.

I've always been very sceptical about Bollywood, If I could get a refund for every Hindi movie I have watched I would be very wealthy. Majority of the time I am disappointed usually,but today it all changed when I watched this game changer called "Photograph" It's a great film, probably one of the best films I've watched in a very long time. The performances are superb and the Dadi character steals the show. Nawaz can convey more in a glance then most actors can in a two page monologue. He transmits all his inner thoughts to the audience. The female lead is superb and shows the conflict of what she wants and what her parents want. I loved this gem of a film. Batra is one great cinematic genius who gets better and better.

A great romantic film. I have watched it many times and re confirms my faith in romance and love. Of course you can be with someone for a very short time and love them for ever.

Clint was really amazing and understated in his performance. There are moment when so much is said with out words, I find that pure magical. The setting is awesome. The music which is actually composed by Clint is top class. The pace and the way they takes us on their journey of falling in love is remarkable.

Wish they make more films like this. The end scene always makes me cry. I love Clint, he is the best director.
