Mic-57

Well its finished and it was definatly a series that has done Buffy justice, and its nice to see her not dead this time. the ending was great with all potentials given a piece of Buffy's power and has left a lot of possibilities for the future! Willow and Spike are suppose to be joining angel hopefully which should fill in some blanks and i would like to see Faith get her own show but this is unlikely. maybe we'll be given a new story with a new slayer or a group of slayers, who knows but i hope there is some continuation. i would like to see buffy carry on in a different location but Sarah's workin on films, at least we'll see her movin up like she deserves. oh and i like that theres no more sunnydale as any new series will feel a lot fresher and it was a good twist at the end.i hope buffy or a spin off will continue the story and luckily angel will do this soon anyway and the new characters will improve it a lot. i hope Kennedy joins Angel with Willow aswell, shes got potential. 10/10 for this mega series!

Dont get me wrong, i did enjoy this movie and thought it was pretty cool, but it didnt reach the original's high standards. I thought that this film relied a lot on the original and virtually had the same pace and ideas, just put into new stunts and gore though. for instance when the stoner guy is chopped up by the wire fence i felt De ja vu only an hour later and realised that it was similar to Seann Scott's death in the original; where you see seann's head slide apart you see this guys body fall apart in the same style and position. The film isnt scary at all, its funny! And the characters arent developed enough to want to see them make it. The film has obviously had some interesting plot twists though, it is just very hard for a film to live up to the origininality of the first i think. When i first heard that a sequel was being planned i thought " oh good, they're gonna ruin the story" but i was wrong and think it is definatly worth seeing and will give some good entertainment.
