A definite must see for Crime Drama loving fans
I've recently been watching a lot of South Korean Dramas and I love them. I have also seen this Crime Drama referred to as Investigation Couple or Investigation Partners but on Netflix UK you need to search for Partners for Justice.
There are 16 episodes in each Season that last just over an hour each, which is great because you experience suspense from start to finish of each episode. The first episode may feel like it starts off slow, but I find all new programmes do this until you get the feel of the characters played within the ensemble cast. The storylines are amazingly well written, directed and acted. I found the acting flawlessly flows from one episode to the next especially when the storylines are carried over. There are some things that are blurred out like if it's too gruesome or if a bladed weapon is shown, but I like this.
It deals with Medical Examiner Baek Beom at the National Forensic Service (NFS) and the Prosecutors Officer, where newly appointed Prosecutor Eun Sol having to work closely together cause wonderful friction along the way within Season 1. The plot twists are very well thought out which the writers have brilliantly conceived.
Season 2 brings more suspense, thrills and drama including a lot of plot twists you don't see coming, that's why I love this programme so much. I'm praying for Season 3, but as yet, there's no release date.
THIS PROGRAMME DOES CONTAIN ENGLISH SUBTITLES, but please be patient because I felt this programme was on par with Silent Witness that we have in the UK (I've also binge watched all 26 Seasons of this). I would recommend persevering with at least the first 3 episodes before deciding whether to watch this or not.
