The animation is fun. The storyline is very compelling, but what is wonderful is the mix of music that is brought together. They took the time to write a song for the very end of the show which is performed by the lowly character of the squids it makes the movie so wonderful. It is touches like this the way the story is woven together is very miraculous the use of Beatles golden slumber in the movie was profoundly well done the movie even uses opera well. There are just lovely characters in the movie. I really cannot thank those who participated in making this movie enough. It never fails to cheer me up when I watch it. Thank you for such a wonderful story.

I am so grateful for this story and the the beautiful telling of it that is carried out by the cast and beautiful set contained in this movie. This is not your average Christmas story. It is tender and reaches into grief spaces where many stories cannot get to, the idea of the winter nest is so touching and beautiful, and the amazing snow statue will haunt me forever. I'm grateful for the people who assembled to tell this tale, thank you. The filming is beautiful. The narrative is haunting in a good way, the actors are well cast, and the setting in a fjord is spectacular. Thank you for the story.

This is a funny,dignified,insightful study of aging from a very surprising angle. And it works. I am grateful for this effort which in part succeeds because it allows us to savor San Francisco. The conversations around relationships of aging parents and their children is but one of the many great things offered in this series.

There is a hint of Cheers now and then in the story telling that really works. It is easy to love this well cast, well acted, well directed and well written series. Thanks to all who brought it to life.

I love the attention finally paid to hard working facility directors and other important roles .
