First, Princess Diana's kids are still alive and I don't think this was an accurate account of her nor things she said and did. I realize it was a perception of Princess Diana but, nevertheless, I felt embarrassed for her kids and grandkids and for Princess Diana's memory.
It was dark and gloomy throughout except for the last couple of minutes.
I had no problem with Kristen Stewart and if most of the actors. In fact, I thought Kristen and a few others were fabulous.
I realize Princess Diana had some mental issues but were brought on by a few people, notably Princess Charles, his mother, and probably many others. I'm sure she was terribly hurt by things in her childhood, specifically with her own mother. I think that if Prince Charles had married her Princess Diana for the right and typically normal reasons such as truly being in love with her, she wouldn't have had the downfall she had. She rose above it the best she could in due time as far as I could tell.
She was obviously loved and respected by countless people as shown how people reacted after her passing and I can only hope her children never forget that and can ignore movies depicting her mental state as portrayed by people who did not know her!
I'm giving review based on fine acting and only that.

So very disappointed there will not be a Season 2 and even more beyond that. I have three more episodes to go and hoping, since I watched at a friend's house, that I can access Acorn app, which is only app it's playing on.
All the acting has been top-notch. I'm really enjoying the character of the original detective, who ended up getting replaced. I read a bit about him on IMDB and see he has an extensive history in the entertainment field. I'll be checking to see how I can see him in other movies. But everyone did a great job!
This series also shows how dangerous it can be to get into a car with someone you don't know! Great message! Of course, sorry that this series is based on real incidents and deaths!
The writing is top-notch!!!!
