Saltön (2005–2017)
A calm, very touching series
24 March 2005
Saltön is one of the most calm and thoughtful series of normal people. Doing normal things, thinking about everyday troubles. Filmed at very nice locations on the west coast of Sweden.

The portrait of the people involved is done very delicately, and there are many aspects of every human being in the series. And there are a number of different interactions between the involved people. I think it is about us, no car chases, no gun fires, no over dramatic violence is shown. Everything is there because it has to be there.

Mannheimer did it again. She has done many productions that have been seen by many swedes.

Nikolaj og Julie (2002–2003)
The Danish dish at its best.
26 November 2003
This little TV-series is a masterpiece, could never ever have been done in Sweden. It is calm. You follow easily, and the characters are carefully drawn.

Lots of relations plays up in front of you, and makes you think about life in general.
