I love the irony of the end of the movie: both heroes are walking away in style of "Modern Times" by Chaplin. The man is asking the woman what name did she give to the dog. "Chaplin," she answered.
Here you stop r we ding my review, because it's all I wanted to share, but IMDB somehow says it's a too short review and I have to add 300 more characters. I have no idea why they have such weird requirements, so I'll just keep typing random words: aki kaurismaki filmed a movie, it's a kind movie about kind people; not sure I'd like to watch it again, but I love the vibe of the movie and lights/shadows in it.

Corny plot, overacting actors, horrible directing, commercial like cinematography... It could not be worse.
The only good thing about the movie is Philemon Chambers - a promising young actor.
