Pakorn Prohmvitak certainly has outdone himself this time! His masterful direction, combined with spectacular performances by Thailand's freshest faces, make for a delightful foray into the world of Eastern culture. 'Poon will make you laugh, it will make you cry; It sends you from one emotional extreme to the other and back again. This film should prove especially interesting to fans of "Ka lok na ban dai cha, ka lok na dai korn" (Manop Udomdej, 1991).
