I love this movie!! It's a modern horror film with a classic slasher feel. Beautifully shot, amazing cast and Debbie Rochon!! If you have not seen the first film in the series, "Crinoline Head", don't worry. You can watch this first and go find the original classic. Very funny and crude at times but an all around fun and exciting horror film. I hope they do a sequel and I suggest this to anyone that loves indie horror! Love the killers mask and skirt. There are some great moments like the drag queens!! Omg. I want a movie with just them. Very hot guys. Very hot girls. A few boogie shots ala Debbie Rochon. Perfect for that Saturday night with the friends drinking beers and having fun!
A couple has distinctively different ideas about their dream vacation home in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Tommy wants a tidy A-frame chalet with a dishwasher. On the other hand, Robby wants a rustic log cabin with a wood burning fireplace. Who will win the battle of clean versus rugged on this quest for the ideal getaway in Gatlinburg? From Columbia to Gatlinburg With Love Last night on HGTV "House Hunters," a couple is looking for the ideal vacation home. Three years ago, Tommy and Robby met and knew they were meant to be together. The happy couple lives in Columbia, South Carolina where they both have successful careers. At least four or five times a year, they leave the hectic pace of the city to unwind and enjoy life in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. They are tired of renting hotel rooms or cabins and would prefer to have a vacation home of their own.
Gatlinburg offers everything they like to do during a great escape. In the winter, the couple heads there for skiing. During the summer, they like to go hiking and whitewater rafting. They also have a terrific time going on the roller coaster at the theme park in the area. Investing in a vacation home makes sense since they spend so much of their spare time in Gatlinburg.
Tommy is tidy and Robby tends to be messy. While Tommy takes care of the cleaning, Robby is the cook in the house. They have rather opposite ideas about what they want in a vacation home. Tommy would like an A-frame chalet with a dishwasher and clean burning gas fireplace. On the other hand, Robby likes the rustic appeal of log cabins and feels space is wasted in A-frame chalet homes. He also wants a wood burning fireplace and a fire pit in the yard.
Three Vacation Getaway Spots in Gatlinburg Robby and Tommy have a budget of $180,000 for their getaway home in Gatlinburg. The first house they see is listed at $180,000. It is an A-frame chalet, which is sure to please Tommy. But they immediately take note of the many steep stairs in the front just to get to their front door. It is definitely a climb to reach this uphill chalet with a great view of the ski tram. There are also amazing vistas of the downtown area. The house has two bedrooms and two baths, which is rather problematic since they wanted three bedrooms. However, there is a loft bonus room in the house. There is a large wood burning fireplace that appeals to Robby. The rooms are substantial including a living area, dining room and master bedroom with room for a king sized bed. There is also a game room with a pool table. They are not sure if they want the pool table, which comes with the house, and speculate about how hard it would be to get it down all those stairs. The backyard has an open deck with a hot tub. They consider the hot tub space could be used for the fire pit Robby wants.
The second house is a ski chalet listed at a conservative $140,000. It has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. It resembles a ginger bread house with orange trim. There is also a small replica of the house inside, which they find rather scary. The home has a chalet style with lots of wood interiors, including tongue and groove. Robby likes the wood burning fireplace but Tommy is concerned about the cleaning time, especially since there is no dishwater. The furniture and surroundings are rather dated though quite spacious. Robby is not pleased with the crossover design on the windows but Tommy just thinks he is being a big baby about it. They are both rather concerned it has one and half baths rather than two. They love the great views with the tram right in sight.
Finally, the third vacation home is a log cabin in accordance with Robby's desires. It is listed at $180,000 with three bedrooms and three baths. There are vaulted ceilings which give Robby a chalet feeling that rather disappoints him. This home also has a lot of wood with tongue and groove designing. The fireplace is electric with a fake flame Robby does not like. Tommy thinks it would be clean and appreciates the dishwasher in this home. The house has many amenities with a jetted tub in the master bedroom, a game room downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom suite upstairs. Both of them find it rather odd there are showers right in the bedrooms that are covered with just a curtain. Also, they are concerned this house is secluded and far away from the downtown area they like.
Will Tommy or Robby Win? With two chalets and a log cabin to consider, HGTV "House Hunters" viewers wonder if Tommy or Robby will win.

I am a fan of the bitchy girl movies and the slasher genre, so this was right up my alley. Loved it. Yes, it was low budget, but I saw Joe Bob Briggs rave about it so I checked it out. I loved it! I even went back and checked out the director's other film Crinoline Head. Reminds of a John Water's type of vibe. One great thing is even thought it was low budget, it was still produced and shot on actual film. Nowadays anyone with a video camera thinks they are a director. Film is a lost art in the new generation of film makers. Loved the fact that everyone in the movie that gets killed deserved it. Great one liners, "I am a beaver now" and the mom telling the daughter not to rat our her best friend for killing a cheerleader to create a spot on the team for her, "Blair was just trying to be a good friend to you and now you want to stab her in the back?"
