Not by name, no. However, the character of Adam plays a very similar role in this film. His character is completely based off of hers and follows a very similar story-line as her own. Even his wardrobe is influenced by hers, down to the tan trench-coat that is clearly inspired by the one Judith O'Dea wore in the original film.
As for the classic line "They're coming to get you, Barbra", it's in there. Just not in the exact same context as you may have expected to see it.
