Shot over three days in the summer of 2014 in Manchester and Salford.
The first scene shot for the film was the meeting with The Russians.
While shooting the scene in Manchester's gay village none of the onlookers were hired by the production and their reactions to Swanny played by Craig Quinn's leather attire are genuine. This scene was shot completely gorilla style and most of the production team were not present including Writer and Producer, Phillip Mulhern who had no idea they was shooting the scene until he viewed a rough cut of the film but loved the idea of Swanny walking through the village, It was also the last scene the production shot for the film.
The Micky and Bolo characters from the first film ''You're A Dead Ringer'' don't appear physically in this film. However, this was not the original plan and was changed right at the last minute.
The scene where Swanny is singing ''Let's Go Fly A Kite'' by The Sherman Brothers was improvised by Craig Quinn as was Swanny throwing his cane across the antiques shop.
