The suspects, based on the report, were said to be "police and military." One was a police captain and the other is a PDEA agent. No one is a military.
The crime happened in Laguna, a city in the province of Laguna in Calabarzon region. But the police officers wear a uniform with the Manila's Finest logo. Such logo is wear only by police officers in Manila City in the adjacent capital region of National Capital Region.
