- TriviaOn the wall of Miss Clara's house they look at a frame with a list of answered prayers. These answered prayers were real. This frame is now hanging on the wall in the Kendrick Brothers office.
- GoofsIn the introduction scene, soldiers are seen around a planning table. There is an American flag hung vertically on the wall behind the main characters husband. The flag is backwards; the blue "field" of stars should appear upper-left regardless of which way the flag is oriented. The blue field on screen is upper-right which violates Flag Code and would never have happened on a U.S. military installation.
- Quotes
Elizabeth Jordan: I don't know where you are, Devil, but I know you can hear me. You have played with my mind and had your way long enough! No more! You are done! Jesus is the Lord of this house, and that means there's no place for you here anymore! So take your lies, your schemes, and your accusations and get out in Jesus' name! You can't have my marriage, you can't have my daughter and you sure can't have my man! This house is under new management and that means you are out! And another thing, I am so sick of you stealing my joy, but that's changing too. My joy doesn't come from my friends, it doesn't come from my job, it even doesn't come from my husband. My joy is found in Jesus, and just in case you forgot, he has already defeated you, so go back to Hell where you belong and leave my family alone!

The movie is about the power of prayer - It showed these themes very well.
I felt that this movie was very uplifting and encouraging, but it felt heavy emotionally and some of it was hard for me to watch. I had a headache afterwards. Not really sure why. I cried a few times. But in the end it was still a well done film.
I don't want to say too much to give away any plot points.
The acting was okay. But I've seen way way worse acting. The daughter was definitely the best actor in the movie.
The production values were pretty solid, this didn't feel like a TV movie. There were a few things that bothered me about the movie such as realism/continuity but I let it slide, because I was interested in the subject.
The only other thing about the movie that bothered me was the running time. 2 hours is long for any movie and there were times when I felt like it dragged on.
They had a low budget but not so low that they couldn't make a good looking movie. $3M was their budget according to box office mojo and it's already made $11M - not bad at all for only being out 3 days - and they've already made more than double their money back.
If you are a brother or sister in Christ then go see this movie to be encouraged to seek God more and pray more! It definitely encouraged my faith - and I pray that it will encourage you too.
