I was moved by this heartwarming story of love, family, commitment and courage. The characters were fairly well-developed and the storyline was one that transcends culture. In the movie, Partu, a young boy wants to go to Mumbai with his uncle. While about to take a train, he gets lost. He is found by a poor farmer who takes him home. The way that the family developed a bond with Partu and loved him, while trying to figure out how to find his family. You could sense the anguish and love that they developed for him. I enjoyed the movie and would recommend it. I think that this would make a great family film. The end of the movie was rich with emotion as well. When Partu was reunited with his mother, the emotion and love was palpable. Also, the fear and loss of the farmer and his wife was palpable, too.

Lovely lyrical story of a man's search for his meaning in life. A Divine quest for family birthright, with outstanding performances and breath taking landscapes! From the early scenes of childhood to the search for love and family, Partu keeps us hooked. A love story of the ties that bind us. Outstanding! Dialogue and insight from the "real" Partu...priceless!
