4) Electrocution; by standing in a bathtub of water and dropping a toaster in it, but the electrical charge was only strong enough to short out his fuse.
5) Stepping into traffic, but the vehicle that hit him was an ambulance and he received immediate medical attention and survived.
6) Jumping' William attempted to throw himself off a bridge but was caught by a passing boat managing to only break his finger.
7) Gassing, again; He stuck his head in his oven with the gas turned all the way up, but hadn't paid his gas bill so the gas ran out.
