In one of the most controversial scenes of Bloody Sisterly Love actually written in by a female writer James Magnum Cook and Hannah Parker were the only two who finally agreed to do the part. There was some hesitation even on the part of Cook who was also Directing and Producing the film, but Actress Hannah Parker agreed she would only want the scene done by him being the one to be in it with her. At the time of editing a few things were removed, but it will most likely remain the most controversial scene of the film with shock value that may be totally unexpected.

The final edited version of the film was without a lot of footage cut for many reasons. Director James Magnum Cook revealed that if they had left everything in that the film would have been four hours long.

This was the first movie Model/Actress Lexus Parks ever played in and as herself.

one of the filming locations in Bowling Green for Bloody Sisterly Love was the Holiday Inn University Plaza Hotel. Several scenes were filmed at the Hotel. However since the time of filming the Hotel has undergone a major remodeling and as a result several areas are gone which appear in the film. So historically the old sections torn out are now forever preserved in the film.

In Bloody Sisterly Love a low budget film shot in Kentucky several cast members played more than one character in the film. Part of this was for scripting and the other was the shortage of actors available for certain roles.
