It’s the most wonderful time of the year for TV viewers who love a certain style of low-stake, feel-good rom-coms. The movie genre perfected by the Hallmark Channel has been a staple on cable for 15 years and is increasingly bringing devotees to streaming services. In addition to Hallmark’s recently rebranded in-house on-demand streamer Hallmark+, 2024 marks Countdown to Christmas' third year streaming on NBCUniversal’s Peacock platform, and now, Hallmark is partnering up with the biggest streaming service in the world. Starting next month, 10 Hallmark holiday favorites will stream exclusively on Netflix.
Key Details: Starting Nov. 1, Netflix will stream 10 of Hallmark’s recent holiday favorites. Nine of the films are from the 2023 Countdown to Christmas season. Lacey Chabert, who stars in Netflix’s upcoming “Hot Frosty” leads three of the Hallmark imports.
