Shantanu is living an unremarkable life in Jamnapaar. However, a chance visit to a fancy Gurgaon client puts things into perspective for him and he comes back totally enamoured by the corproate dream and a false sense of acknowledegement.
Shanky is determined to go back to Lunatek, the fancy Gurgaon firm, by hook or by crook. Meanwhile all Jamnapaar forces align against him, making him feel more claustrophobic about his Jamnapaar life.

Shantanu is arrested over financial fraud charges in partnership with Rajat Thapar. All his South Delhi friends and acquaintances fail to stand by him, Shantanu realises as Jamnapaar, rallies behind him in to bring him out of the custody.
Shantanu comes back home as he awaits the CA council's decision in his case. In the meantime, he makes amends with everyone he had judged and hurt. He loses his CA license for a year but realises a much more valuable lesson.
