The usual documentary/retrospective from Severin, looking at DRACULA from conception through to film adaptations. The early parts of this one, focusing on the literary phenomenon and its real world origins, are by far the most interesting, with erudite scholars such as Kim Newman and Jonathan Rigby having their say. I particularly enjoyed the bits where they visit Romania and even speak to a descendant of Vlad Tepes. We then move into a Hollywood retrospective, beginning with Lugosi and Universal and then moving on to Lee and Hammer. Brief mention is made of the films that came more recently. It's little more than a clip compilation, but it's okay.
