I don't get why people don't like this show. This is how all cartoons should have been. No cheap jokes or last minute life lessons, but good jokes, beautiful animation and actual good lessons where the kids can learn something from. It's about running through the Woods, making fun, playing with friends and solving problems. It's about having your fantasies and that it's perfectly okay to have them. It's about the wonders of the world and doing the most innocent things. It has clever plots, something you honestly wouldn't expect from the guys that made Chowder, and it gives you something unlike normal Nickelodeon shows, they take away brain cells. Go watch it if you wanna have that feeling of whimsy again, the feeling of being a kid again.

Compared to Bread winners Harvey Beaks is a swan. At least I think he's a duck the show hasn't stated what kind of bird he is yet, but anyways this show is so much better than most other shows Nick has on right now. Sanjay & Craig ,breadwinners, and Pig, Goat, banana, cricket are to hyper active with annoying characters and ugly art styles. And SpongeBob has been milked Dry. Harvey beaks is kind of like the Hey Arnold of the todays nick. Like hey Arnold Harvey beaks is a more down to earth show in a channel of hyperactive cartoons and yet it still has an adventurous aspect. Another reason I think it's similar to Hey Arnold is that the show has a good spirit to it and morals. I like how Harvey is willing to go out of his comfort zone to help his friends Fee & Foo in what ever zany situation they are in. I also like how the other kids of the forest can be indifferent to Fee & Foo (who are on the wild side) but still can get along real well with them. The animation is really good to and so is the background music. This is a show more kids should be watching, It has a easy going whimsical charm to it, with good morals, jokes and most of all likable characters.
Nickelodeon has not been doing well lately. In fact they've been doing downright awful. Their recent shows like Sanjay and Craig, Breadwinners, and Rabbids Invasion have been duds. Shows filled with unlikable characters and stupid nonsense they call "humor". Then there's Legend of Korra and TMNT, that just never really appealed to me personally. Others like SpongeBob and Fairly Odd Parents have been running for more than a decade, and it seems like the former king of kid's programming have fallen flat on their faces. But every once in a while they do produce something epic, something that shows the world that Nick can produce quality. Their last cartoon to do this was 2011's Tuff Puppy and now they've done that again with Harvey Beaks.
The show is created by C.H. Greenblatt, the creator of Cartoon Network's Chowder (My 2nd favorite cartoon ever) and while it does have some of the weirdness that Chowder perfected, the two shows are completely different otherwise. Harvey Beaks' focus is much more on childhood innocence and adventure, resulting in a sweet and heart felt show with surprisingly beautiful animation.
The show is about a bird named Harvey Beaks, and his friends Fee and Foo. Harvey is a tame boy, while brother and sister Fee and Foo are mischievous. This leads to a lot of situations where Harvey is often trying to fit in with Fee and Foo, but it sometimes doesn't work out all the way. Despite the strange designs of the characters, the trio behave a lot like normal kids. They can be gross, they can be weird, they can be emotional, and they're very likable characters. They're also good role models, when one character is sad, the others try to help out that character. They always try to do the right thing. The humor is actually funny in the show. The disgusting humor and cartoons like Breadwinners Will likely be dated after the show gets canceled, but Harvey Beaks' humor is mostly based off of the character's situations like the humor in Foster's Home and Ruby Gloom. It's not trying to be hip to fit in with the kids of this generation. The stories in the show are usually just about Harvey and his friends having fun, with some sort of conflict. For example; in one episode, Fee and Foo are separated by magnetic electricity, and at first they like playing around with it. But soon they miss being able to spend time being together. It's delightful to see them bond like that. That episode in particular really use the power of animation to it's benefit. By the way, the animation and the show is absolutely gorgeous. The backgrounds look completely hand-painted, and the woodland characters in the show match the forest setting perfectly. It's something you must see in order to truly understand what I'm saying.
Harvey Beaks is an excellent show, and a true breath of fresh air for an otherwise dull and unoriginal television network. The show will be completely relevant 10 years from now as it will be in 2015. Think there's nothing good on Nickelodeon? Think again!

Harvey Beaks is a Animated Television Show on Nickelodeon
Harvey Beaks follows the adventures of Harvey, Fee, and Foo!
This show was so funny and it was a breath of fresh air to the bad shows Nickelodeon was airing.
I have watched the Series Finale of Harvey Beaks Online. The series finale airs December 29 2017. I gotta say I will miss this show. Nickelodeon treated this show like garbage. Greenblatt put his blood and tears on this show and they moved this show to NickToons (The Death Slot). Greenblatt even posted on his Tumblr he was disappointed the way they treated them. Guess what, HE WAS FORCED TO APOLOGIZE!!!
Anyway, I hope they can still play reruns on NickToons or release this on DVD!!!!

There have been many good Nicktoons in the past few years (TUFF Puppy, Sanjay and Craig, Breadwinners (that's right, I said it! That show needs a chance)) including ones still continuing like SpongeBob and The Fairly OddParents, but then there's the one; the one to change the guard, the one to be in one of the greats like SpongeBob, Rugrats, Ren and Stimpy, Doug, Fairly OddParents, and Rocko, the one to usher in a new era, and that show is Harvey Beaks. The show is about the adventures of Harvey Beaks, a sweet bird who's always ready to explore with his wild and crazy friends Fee and Foo. They tackle the biggest challenges, seek out adventure, and learning lessons along the way. Created by C.H. Greenblatt of Chowder, the show has a lot of heart and oh so much sweet and funny. Once you see it, you'll understand why Harvey has become an instant classic with the young and the old. Cute characters, wonderful stories, beautiful music, there's no question about it, Harvey Beaks has become the greatest Nicktoon in a long time and like Disney had with Frozen, Harvey Beaks is guaranteed to make Nick a popular network again as it once was!!! 10/10, highly recommended!
Nickelodeon will definitely have a brighter future if they keep Harvey Beaks and the Loud House. Harvey Beaks is good for these reasons. Its beautiful, heartwarming, and hilarious. It is definitely considered one of my favorite Nickelodeon shows. Right now it has a six out of ten rating and it deserves way better. The show is about Harvey his best friends Fee and Foo as they go on amazing adventures. There was not a single episode I was disappointed with. Nickelodeon needs more shows like this and Loud House, not shows like... Ughhh... Bread Winners. People really need to support this show if they want Nickelodeon to live.

It's hard to say what's really so bad about the series, if it's the boring plot in every episode, maybe it's the bad characters and maybe I just do not get in touch with it. True, I loved the fact that there is almost no violence in the series, but on the other hand it may make it boring, but that's not the point. There are a lot of dumb things in the series, like the comet in the middle of the forest in a certain episode, how low can you go down? How in hell is a comet sailing at best a few tens of thousands of kilometers from Earth passing through a forest? And there are a lot of stupid things in the series, so maybe what makes the series worse is not that it's boring, but its stupidity, something that's hard to explain. I just hate this show, from the first moment I saw her to this day. Rating - 0.
Harvey Beaks is a great cartoon. Beautiful visuals, beautiful soundtrack, fun engaging characters, funny stories and situations; you can tell a lot of love and effort went into every episode of this series.
It's no secret Nickelodeon's been having a bad time of it lately. All you need to do is look at their schedule. How many hours of Fairly Odd-Parents and Spongebob are they running between Nick JR and Nick@Nite?
But Harvey Beaks really feels like it could fit easily with the golden age of Nicktoons, between Hey Arnold and Rocko's Modern Life. It's the perfect mix of funny, comfy-ness, and quality that you just don't see in other modern Nick Toons or even dare I say most Cartoon Network cartoons.
Definitely give it a watch with your kid or by yourself. It's completely worth your time and attention.

Watched about five minutes of this cartoon and just couldn't do it. The animation is very good and Harvey and his two friends are good but the supporting players are just bad. Maybe I missed the point on this one but it was just not for me.

Hey Guys It's me again RegularShow1 and today Going to review Nickelodeon current show "Harvey Beaks" which aired on March 29,2015 on Nickelodeon. The show is about a blue bird named Harvey and friends Fee and Foo are kind more crazy then Harvey. I really loved this show so far and it's the only good show on Nickelodeon because Nickelodeon is been crap with show like "Sanjay and Craig", "Breadwinners" and airing SpongeBob for 16 years now which is annoying. Anyway "Harvey Beaks" is created by C.H. Greenblatt who Made Cartoon Network's "Chowder". BOTTOM Line "Harvey Beaks" is an Awesome SHOW and I'm giving it 10 out 10 stars. See you guys later.

While defiantly not my favorite cartoon ever created its still an enjoyable watch. I love the animation, specifically the art style in the background. The characters in this show are also pretty likeable. It's an underrated cartoon that I can definitely recommend to pretty much anyone.

I watched one episode and it wasn't good. It's not even funny. The character are annoying since they sound like they're voiced by children. I'm glad that this show ended.

Harvey Beaks lasted for only two years on Nickelodeon. It's a shame because after finishing the last episode, I felt a need to see more. Harvey Beaks is a funny show about a little blue bird boy named, Harvey Beaks, and his quirky forest friends. They all live in a giant forest and go on adventures together. It's a show based on a simple premise and it delivers. I would recommend watching Harvey Beaks. It has warmth and humor and unfortunately was cancelled way too soon.

In a world completely overrun with cynicism under the guise of, "realism," and "grit," one show dares to be different. Harvey Beaks, a show from Chowder creator C.H. Greenblatt, is the first show I've seen in a very long time that has a child-like optimism about it. That doesn't make it childish, though. In fact, the fact that it's light and doesn't try to be edgy is honestly very refreshing. If I could compare Harvey Beaks to any show it'd be Fraggle Rock. It shares a sense of whimsy while being very intelligent just like the Hensonworks show did all those years ago.
It also features a cast of some of the most memorable characters in recent years. I wont go into that detail as one watch should give you an idea, but I will say that if you don't adore Fee and Foo after one episode you might need to see a neurologist.
Harvey Beaks gets a 10/10 for being the most fun I've had watching a cartoon in years... or possibly ever. I hope Nick does right by it and gives it the exact amount of seasons CH wants to work on it.

Harvey Beaks is so great, and it just keeps getting better! I was kind of on the fence about it for a while - the earliest episodes were cute and I loved the animation, but it did take me a little while before I completely loved the show. With season 2 starting out I am now positive that it's one of the best cartoons currently on air.
I love the characters in this show. They are well thought out and believable with top-notch voice acting. Max Charles does a wonderful job as Harvey! Season 2 so far has really brought more insight into some of the minor characters and I'm excited to see more of them. The writing contains lots of allusions that might go over the head of the intended audience (a recent episode heavily referenced The Lord of the Rings) so it's definitely fun to watch as an adult.
Awesome writing, animation, and voice acting all around. Watch Harvey Beaks!!

One of the best shows Nickelodeon has had for a while I highly recommend it, when I first watch the show I said to myself "wow this show is very similar to sponge bob" and I did some research (look on IMDb) and found out that he work on the early episodes of sponge bob, and it is amazing but the episode "spitting tree" made me really uncomfortable, but there are a few episodes I despised but besides all the episodes I disliked, there are to many good episodes and I'll take it over fairly odd parents any day I liked how Harvey is just overall a really nice kid with ocd (I think) this show is the modern version of all the cartoons that gave Nickelodeon their good reputation in the first place, but the show has a high chance of getting cancelled with makes me worried cause this show is so good thank you grennblatt

Nickelodeon has recently forced me over to channels like TeenNick and Disney XD... Even Disney Channel at one point! (Yeah, it's been that bad.) Its recent shows like Sanjay and Craig have ugly animation and insanely awful jokes and plot lines. Breadwinners is simply the worst cartoon I have ever watched in my life. Even Spongebob has taken a turn for the worse. So, I took a break from Nick, even though I enjoyed watching the new season of The Fairly Odd Parents, which has held up pretty well. I returned to find Harvey Beaks, which is simply amazing compared to its other shows. It's so good I'm not even sure where to begin! It boasts gorgeous animation and stellar plots, and an even better voice cast. This might even be the show to bring Nickelodeon back from the dead! I mean, the last two good cartoons Nick produced, The Mighty B! and T.U.F.F. Puppy have ended. Harvey Beaks is just a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend it. (The only reason it gets a 9/10 is because no cartoon is perfect in my eyes, even though this one is pretty darn close.)

Compared to other shows on nickelodeon, this one is by far the best. I needed to watch about a minute of todays nick to turn the TV OFF, and it was pretty refreshing to see a show that was so creative, well thought out, and overall classic. I am also very happy about the animation style. I felt like it brought me back to the good old days were just about every cartoon was great to watch. I would recommend Harvey beaks to just about anyone; any age and taste. Especially if you are into classic TV cartoons and the way C.H. Greenblatt animates, then this show will definitely suite you. All, in all, I find this cartoon to have much potential for the future, and will most likely expect many seasons because of the good way it portrays modern cartoons.
Well, originally, I gave this show a 9/10, but as it went on, it started getting less interesting. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice cartoon, but I think there's problems. But first, I wanna praise HB. It's such a refreshment from overly grossout cartoons (even if I give them chances). The characters are very likable (except probably Dade and Randl). The stories are a tad repetitive, but they are very good, like the nightclub one, the yampions episode, etc. The artstyle is cool even though it's another Regular Show-esque ripoff (the backgrounds are painted in watercolors like RS). The humor is decent, but needs some improvement besides shoehorning fart jokes. Now sometimes, this show can be formulaic for its own good, but I'm fine with it, because it will improve soon. All in all, while it's not the best thing on Nick right now (SpongeBob is getting better, post- movie haters, so you can your never ending whining), it's still a really good cartoon.
