It doesn't stand to reason that a small town of 75 people would have parking meters which are apparent in several shots. Also, it probably would not support a cafe and a general store.

Amateur hour

This must have been self financed because nobody (other than close family) would shell out money for this kindergarten attempt at film making. The characters are caricatures, the dialog is as wooden as an ancient Redwood, the plot has the intricacy of a straight line and, all in all, the fifteen minutes you spend watching this "film" is fifteen minutes you'll never, ever, ever get back. Ever.

But, hey, vanity projects are valid as long as they're paid for, right? Right?
