The Killer's vehicle was originally going to be a Ford Mustang owned by Producer/Actor Adam Ginsberg who plays the role The Killer. On the second day of production the vehicle was struck by lightning causing extensive damage to the electrical system and had to be replaced with a Dodge Charger rented the day it was needed.
For the scene in which Michelle uses the bathroom during the middle of her date, the plan was to insert in post-production a sound effect for her urinating, however acquiring an effect was unnecessary as the audio used was actually recorded on the spot when actress Chrissy Laboy offered to be recorded while urinating.
Shot in ten days.
While no music credits appear in the opening titles or end crawl, the film's score (which consists entirely of library production music licensed from APM) was the most expensive item in the budget.
