A story about love and loneliness. About the need, but the inability to forgive. Another attempt to answer the eternal biblical question: "Am I a trembling creature or do I have the right?"

In a small seaside town, the mysterious murder of the artist Levi takes place. Suspicion falls on one of his former classmates, now a successful businessman Sidersky, but he is soon found dead. The circle of suspects includes Sidersky's former lover, actress Irina Novitskaya, and a contender for her hand and heart, a former Afghan, Major Bun.
