I started watching this film while on a long haul flight, thinking it might be a good opportunity to watch something different. It is different to my usual viewing choices.
The acting is poor. An early scene with 2 drug addicts being beaten to get a confession for murder stands out with particularly contrived, unrealistic cries of anguish.
Tired tropes of goodies, baddies and crude stereotypes and posturing familiar from children's programmes, with predictably clownish humour are not helpful in trying to make a credible plot about a police office chasing a serial killer.
It you don't mind a superficial plot, like your humour simplistic and predictable, perhaps are trying to relax and avoid any load on your brain, then maybe this is for you.
