Ezra from Gaza, who never gave up searching for his brother whom he lost in the orphanage many years ago, finds his brother's trace in Italy by chance, and embarks on a journey towards hope, the end of which he does not know, on a refugee boat. He escapes from the boat under fire at the last moment and saves little Ibo, also a Gaza child like himself. The fate of Ezra and Ibo, who were found by Libyan resistance fighters while they were drifting hopelessly in the Mediterranean, will change after they are found by Çahangir Huseynov, an arms smuggler and the leader of a notorious criminal network. Çahangir Hüseyinov, a crime machine of Azeri origin, sees Ezra while selling weapons to Libyan resistance fighters and is very impressed by the girl. He takes Ezra and Ibo and brings them to Istanbul. Superintendent Mustafa, nicknamed "One Gun", and his team of young police officers immediately start working to put Çahangir back in the prison where he belongs. Mustafa and Çahangir mutually swear to end each other. Chief Inspector "One Gun" Mustafa and Çahangir Hüseyinov will face each other once again for the Arab girl Ezra, after swearing revenge to end each other.

Single Gun Mustafa and his friends disguise themselves as illegal gold courier to frame the leader of the Organized Crime Organization, Chahangir Huseynov. Çahangir also brought Ezra, a refugee girl from Gaza, whom he bought from Libyan guerrillas, to the hotel. Mustafa and Ezra's paths intersect at this point. Meanwhile, Ezra finds a way to escape from the hotel and escapes from Çahangir's hands. When Mustafa sees Ezra on the road once again, he goes after him, stops him and wants to get information about Çahangir. However, when Ezra thinks that Mustafa is one of Çahangir's men, he runs away from him. Çahangir, on the one hand; Mustafa, on the other hand, starts looking for Ezra. Mustafa's goal is to find Ezra before Çahangir. Çahangir, on the other hand, was very angry at Ezra's escape and could not accept this situation.
