A storz about happiness. Simple, precise, encouraging. A zoung man and his not the most pleasant life, living in barcelona, after the break up of relation with his long term girlfriend , writing in his journal feelings, expectations, past episodes of life. The encounter with a friend change everzthing , offering a new perspective about the near realitz.

At the end, feelings about a honest / beautiful film reminding not onlz the beautz of male bodz but the discover of life sense after manz doubts and some depression.

Well acted, it proposes a noble, useful message . And this can be a significant virtue of it.
