Authentic, inspirational and a much needed perspective on both the sport of climbing and the geopolitical conflict in the region. It was the first reel rock documentary episode that brought me to tears. It isn't a hyper political documentary at all and focuses far more on the human element, but in humanizing Palestinian people it is indeed a political statement, a statement for justice and freedom and resistance. And a statement for fun- "what makes life worth living." Rock climbing transcends language and culture and brings people home- home to the earth, and home to each other. Thank you to everyone who made this happen.
