The movie has a good storyline, good messages, and left a huge impact on me. Even the dialogues had power.
Hugely impacted by the character, Katy a. K. a. Khatijah who was played by the late Adibah Noor. She gave us a subtle hint that she was 'going', in her conversations. "Death is a sure thing". And true enough, we lost a great soul three months after the film crew wrapped up shooting.
The ultimate message: An eraser , when used often, reduces to mere dust. Let's all use erasers to wipe out racism and disharmony amongst a multicultural community.
Good job to all involved in the making of the film.

High quality film production. The filming and editing is of professional quality. Can see the editors put in a lot of effort into post-production.
The actors' chemistry very good. Can feel the genuine care and emotions of the parents towards their children. The parent actors Adibah Noor, Namrom and Angela Chan seemed to be very experienced and are able to convey their feelings clearly through the screen.
Also I understand the two main love interests are new and upcoming actors. The male love interest Dhiya Ariffin is able to play a suitable big brother role in the film. The female love interest Lee Wan Shuen Alyssa is able to show a range of emotions and very cute. Bravo to these 2 new actors and hope to see them in more upcoming films.
Dealt with many themes that's relevant in Malaysia such as, racial unity and harmony, bullying in school, bad influences and peer pressure in school, love and hate between parents and children, physical and sexual abuse and many more.
Thank you director Lee See Teck Mark and writers Siti Jasmina Ibrahim and Yen Yen Tang for this touching film. Malaysia boleh!

Definitely a movie worth watching. Beautiful storyline, Interesting characters and lovely message. A perfect watch for a whole family. I love the dialogue, how the characters see life with such humility, its an eye opener.
Great choice of character and cast, wonderful assemble. Love the art direction and how beautifully it translated on film.
Gives you such a warm fuzzy feeling, it inspire, has so much love, joy, laughter, compassion, family values, Malaysian values, culture and its close to reality that many can relate. I enjoyed watching it that i want to watch it again and would definitely recommend it to others to share the wonderful feeling i get watching it.

We really enjoy watching this movie directed by Mark Lee.
The casting is spot on, Adibah Noor as expected, is the soul of the movie, wise and considerate but reluctant to part with her family, she is the tearful weapon of the film.
Nam Ron's performance is impeccable, and only at the end did I understand why he always seemed to have a faint sorrow in the movie, it turns out he already knew his wife's secret. His love for his troubled child is also portrayed in a reserved manner, a rare great actor in Malaysia.
Dhiya Ariffin playing the introverted Azman is the right choice, his every frown and smile has the shadow of the political figure Rafizi.
Alyssa's portrayal as a SPM student is very competent, and the subtle interactions between her and Azman are sweet but not overplayed, very well balanced.
Danish Adam's performance is supernatural, he has great potential to be nurtured.
Han Zalini's appearance brings a light-hearted tone to the movie, though not many scenes, they leave a lasting impression of laughter.
The set design and props are all well thought out, and the lighting and color tones are stunning.
This is the best movie production in Malaysia in recent years, highly recommended to watch!

The casting and performances are exceptionally good, with actors bringing an immense depth of emotion and authenticity to their roles. They have managed to capture the essence of their characters in a truly believable way, which is sure to resonate with audiences in Malaysia.
"Eraser 2023" is a timely and necessary film that encourages us to reassess our preconceptions and biases. The movie brilliantly underscores that when we erase divisions and focus on our shared humanity, the result is a world united in love and mutual respect.
The movie's message is clear: love transcends all.
Highly Recommended!
