The opening mukhda of the song "Jis Dil Mein Tu Nahin" might have been recreated for the mukhda of the song "Tujhe Pyar Karte Karte" from the film Naajayaz, as the openings to both songs sound quite similar.
A duet version of the song "Jis Dil Mein Tu Nahin", sung by Anuradha Paudwal and Abhijeet Bhattacharya, was featured exclusively in the film but not in the soundtrack album of the film.
