Plot

As a series of high-ranking official murders rock the city, Ryan, the detective in charge, turns to his former partner, Mike, a depressed alcoholic, for help. Together, they uncover evidence pointing to the mayor as the next target, but when the mayor is murdered, the viewer discovers that Mike, the former top detective, has been the vigilante behind the killings all along, taking down corrupt officials.—Aadith Sai Rathnavelu
