Picking up a week after the mine collapse at Coleman manor, the family grieves the loss of Luke Coleman. Violet recovers from her coma with the help of Evan. Ryan and Leah go on their honeymoon which doesn't go as well as they had hoped.

Luke's funeral brings sorrow and grief to Evan, who wishes he spent more time with him before his death, while Leah refuses to believe her son is gone forever. Meanwhile, Amanda calls a relative to get some family backstory.

Leah's sister, Kelly Rouge, comes to Dixon and stirs up trouble within the family. Violet wants to get back to normal life post-tumor and takes a job interview at Rose's company. Meanwhile, Ryan remembers a family heirloom left in Waterwood manor, and asks Rose for help getting it without alerting Carli.

Amanda does some digging to discover how Kelly and Leah are related, while Carli asks for Kelly's help to mess with the Colemans. Evan plans a grand gesture for Violet as she celebrates her new job with Rose.

Carli breaks into Coleman manor to pressure Violet into moving back into Waterwood manor. Amanda finds dirt on Evan. Meanwhile, Ryan flies to New York after being invited to a business conference from an old friend.

Amanda confronts Evan about his dark secret. Carli invites Kelly to Waterwoods manor so they can take down the Colemans easier. Meanwhile, Ryan reunites with his friend Paul, who has an intriguing offer for him.

Back in Dixon, Ryan's meeting with Paul goes awry thanks to Kelly. Amanda uses Evan's secret against him to blackmail him and start her own business, Leah tries to learn more about Violet, per Evan's request.

A budgeting meeting for Ryan's airport takes an unsuspected turn when Paul makes an offensive comment about Leah. Evan worries about his past, while Violet worries about Carli's mental health.

Violet tries to re-ignite her and Evan's relationship by planning something special. Meanwhile, Ryan gets the land for the airport, Leah interviews potential majordomos for the manor and Rose wonders if she's pregnant.

Leah throws a gala at the manor for the town of Dixon to introduce Ryan's new airport, but unwanted guests sabotage the presentation. Meanwhile, Amanda threatens to tell Violet about Evan's secret if he doesn't give her the money.

After the troublesome stunt she pulled at the gala, Carli is put back in the insane asylum for good. Kelly tries to sabotage Rose's business. Evan faces the consequences of his actions.

Violet gives Rose her old penthouse that she lived in with Evan for Rose's birthday, leaving Kelly alone in Waterwood manor. Amanda finally tells Violet about Evan's past.

Kelly can not afford to buy Waterwood manor, so it is put up for sale and she is left homeless. Violet, informed about Evan's past actions, agrees to keep his secret, if he keeps hers.

Eyes are on the Colemans when police find Charlie's body and an investigation opens up. Evan and Violet stay away from the press. Kelly buys a trailer to stay in while she finds a job.

The investigation about who killed Charlie Coleman continues. Ryan and Leah are questioned by police. Violet "helps" with the investigation.

When Amanda overhears Violet's dirty secret, she threatens her and Evan by saying she will go to the police with the information. Rose visits Coleman manor to talk with her father.

The investigation surrounding Charlie's death brings curiosity to Amanda on who her biological father is. Rose is suspicious of Kelly. Violet will do anything to protect Evan and herself.

Amanda discovers Ryan is her biological father, so she suggests some father-daughter bonding time, however she has ulterior motives. Evan and Violet plan Amanda's murder.

Evan breaks into the insane asylum to delete camera footage of him killing Charlie. Leah hires Graham Rogers, a new majordomo. Ryan catches up with his old nemesis from college.

Violet's nausea and headaches lead her to believe that her brain tumor could be back, so she puts Amanda's murder on hold. Ryan's nemesis Jeff wants to shut down Coleman Air.

Violet visits the doctor and discovers her tumor isn't back, but she is pregnant. Jeff sues Ryan and his company, threatening the life of Coleman Air. Graham hires extra security.

Violet wonders how to tell Evan about her pregnancy, so she tells Rose first. Amanda threatens Evan with the information she has. The lawsuit against Coleman Air takes a turn.

To make the moment special, Violet plans a romantic picnic for Evan to announce her pregnancy. An unexpected witness speaks out at the trial. Amanda is close to going to the police.

Ryan wins the trial against Jeff. Leah plans the grand opening for Coleman Air. On her way to the police, Amanda is kidnapped by Evan, who is prepared to get rid of Amanda for good.

Amanda's murder goes full steam ahead, Graham reveals his true identity, much to Evan's chagrin, Violet finally announces her pregnancy, and the after party of Coleman Air's grand opening takes an unexpected and fiery turn.
