German actress Dayna Shuffle had previously worked with British actor Nathan Head on Exorcist Chronicles (2013) and Dead Walkers: Rise of the 4th Reich (2013), her scenes for Apparition of Evil (2014) were shot while she, Nathan and Paul Sutton were together for a Dead Walkers: Rise of the 4th Reich (2013) publicity photo shoot with Awesome Magazine.
In 2015 an unreleased prequel called The Fear Project was made by Alex Deck, Brel Offkel and Owen Mulligan with Nathan Head, Cain Harrip, Sandy and Dion Cavallaro reprising their roles from Apparition of Evil (2014).
