Many series of games do not want to leave, and FlatOut can be attributed to them. I used to be their fan. And so I played a new one - the fourth part of crazy racing.
But the second name of the game Total Insanity does not correspond to what is happening. How can you not see such madness here. I didn't see it in my career.
Now a little about the game. In the garage there is an opportunity to improve your cars by upgrading the chassis, engines, brakes and other components of your cars. As a result, your car will become faster, more powerful and more manageable. There is a small set of tuning, not NFS, but you can embellish the car. Denbzhat certainly not enough to upgrade the car to the fullest.
A small number of tracks that do not shine with variety. Over time, it becomes boring to drive on the same roads. It saves the randomness of the races, which dilutes the stereotyped picture. Sometimes new barriers come up. The physics in the game are more or less realistic, so it all depends on the speed and weight of your car, how you pass a certain section of the track.
Pleased with the absence of bugs and crashes from the game. At least I didn't notice them. The game is optimized perfectly, I did not notice any problems either. The graphics in FlatOut 4 are not bad. The lighting is well-designed, quite high-quality textures are made and, in general, a user-friendly interface. So there are no special complaints about the graphics if we take into account the small budget for creating the game.
The sound in the game is good. The roar of the engines sounds great. The musical accompaniment is not comparable to the soundtracks for FlatOut 2, but you can also listen to it.
If you take a single game, then you can play in three categories of tournaments. Each tournament is made up of eight championships. There are also various arcade modes. That is, in general, there is enough content.
Multiplayer is poor. I didn't see much of a difference with singleplayer.
The game is decent, but it doesn't differ much from the second part. I compare with the second one because they are similar. The third part will be worse than Total Insanity.
