Lawyer Anna Hartogh visits her client Simon, boss of BootCamp, a large jeans company. When she sees a ring lying around, she impulsively puts it in her bag. That same evening she falls in love with Max, a police detective. Simon's brother, Patrick, has to do an unpleasant job. He fires a designer. When Anna goes to lunch with Simon the next day, he shoves a disturbing video under her nose.
