A true and funny insight into Egyptian culture

This movie made it to be entertaining and funny while showing the complex issues the egyptian society is facing: a deleterious conservatism when it comes to romantic relationships, and a crude classism.

The colors are impressive, and the actors are shining. I definatly recommend it. For once, an egyptian filmmaker made it to make a movie that both the arab community and the european audience could understand.

The subtitles could have been written more clearly to make sure non-arabic speakers understand.

This is the only reason I can see to explain while this movie hasn't won all the awards it deserves.
