One of the biggest difficulties in the movie world is making sequels. This is a sequel to Jagtsæson from 2019. That was a quite funny film. Here we, of course, also have a comedy. What do we expect when we see a comedy? Well, first of all we like a bit of fun. This is, sorry to say, 90 unfunny minutes. I really didn't have one little laugh!
As in the first film we follow the same three girlfriends. This time one of the friends are being married to the ex-husband of one of the others. Now we'll follow the friends through a bachelor party, and yes, the Tom Hanks film of that name is a lot better.
Here are some of the "funny" happenings: Unemployment, job hunting, a tick in the private parts being followed by a fire in the private parts.
Really not much more. The actors can't be accused of this mess, they sure don't have much to work with. The only good thing I got out of this was the actress playing Dorthe (Olivia Franciska Fevel Borgels). It's quite extraordinary what she gets out of her relatively small part.

This is probably the worst danish movie I've watched in 2024. The story is predictable. A conflict in the story that is revealed at the end of the film is really an anticlimax, as most of the viewers should have figured it out long ago. The humor is really flat, which seems to make sense when you look at the movie's rating. I love Mille Dinesen, but this film is really below her standard when you have just seen her in the TV series "Graverne". The film tries way too hard to be funny, but fails miserably in its desperate attempts to provide a laugh. Instead, the scenes become toe-curlingly bad. One of the scenes, much of which is shown in the trailer, ends up as a giant belly-flopper in a pool of bad humor.
