Max Sjöstrand, who plays Blake Montana, was originally the show's director, cinematographer, and sound mixer, as, during the start of production, he was the only one involved with access to a high-definition camera and microphone.
The character of Blake Montana was initially always going to have a part of him unclothed as a joke, be it his top or bottom (which would have then been blurred), but that idea was rejected out of pity for his actor, Max Sjöstrand, who would've then always had to be partially undressed during shoots.
