This hyper obscure low budget effort cost just $1000 to make and that's really impressive. The director double duties as the movies lead and I was immediatly impressed with the professionalism of it all.

It tells the story of a young man learning how to hypnotise, being taught by a former military man who was taught it during a time the military intended to use it for war related purposes.

The story actually gripped me and I found myself fascinated where it was going to lead. Sadly when the movie reaches its destination it's a huge letdown.

The movie delivers a big twist, that does make sense and everything is explained it's simply not very good.

It's such a shame when a film with potential falls at the final hurdle but that's what we have here.

All the respect in the world to the movies creators and cast, but this falls short.

One bad piece of writing can kill an entire film

I'm still not sure what the basic reality of the story was here, but the movie kept my interest to the end. They did a good job of setting up suspense from the beginning, so we always knew some sort of showdown/finale was coming, but what exactly that was and why it was happening was only revealed gradually.

I may watch this again sometime to see if it makes a little more ultimate sense. It's hard to know what to think of some things/characters here until I understand what was really going on! (I can't explain more about that without spoilers.)

6/10 after 1 viewing. I'd probably rate it 7 if I entirely followed the resolution, but it confused me somewhat.

I want to improve the rating for the movie, because good plots and twists are a bit hard to come by nowadays. Though this theme has come to be before, in such a low budget, they keep you guessing a bit.

I enjoyed this movie. I found it was memorable. A little daft in places but the story was based on an excellent premise. Very good movie considering it was obviously done on a very low budget, was independent, and the acting not excellent. Jonah Green and Sam Katz did a very good job of everything; and with more money and resources i'm sure they will become excellent film-makers. I particularly liked the soundtrack; the Kevin Macleod work you can take or leave - but i thought Jeremy Green and Scott Green's compositions were excellent. I would like there to be a soundtrack of 'Insight' containing the Greens' work.

You haven't seen dedicated until you watch this movie. Jonah and Sam are so amazing and so is this film. All of the minor details that famous producers forget, Jonah has in this film. The music used in the film was amazing, and the story line was incredible. I cannot wait until these guys become big time movie producers. It was emotional in every way. There were also a lot of good looking guys in it. ;) I honestly cannot stop saying amazing and incredible and awesome every time I talk about it!

Great job guys, definitely one of my favorite movies ever! I will recommend this film to everybody because it was so unbelievably awesome!

This movie was very unpredictable and made you sit on the edge of your seat. Having seen this movie many times before, it made the same effect on me. You feel as if you are with the main character when he is in the meetings or at the parties. The thing I liked the most about it was that there where many things happening. Once you would be in a dream and then you where back in the present. Also, the characters give you "hints" along the way that will help you fully understand the magic if Jonah and Sam. Overall, I give it a 9 for having a great, original and unpredictable plot. You will NOT believe the ending! :)

I am a fan of Jonah Green and I hope that he will do more things with films.
