Josh clearly presses C3, the vending machine gives B3.

At the hotel during the domestic dispute sequence Josh steps out of room 7 to check on the woman in room 6 (it looks like the top screw has come loose from the 6 and flipped upside down giving it the appearance of a 9). Later, however, during the rapture sequence Josh comes out of his room, 7, but the room next door is clearly room 5.
