Reika Minamiya wishes to join the Ancient Girls Unit to find the whereabouts of her missing sister. During the selection, Reika and her friend, Misaki, are caught up in the conflict when the Nergal invaded the Earth. Right at the dangerous moment, G's Frame Shennong suddenly appears before her.

Reika Minamiya is allowed to join the AG Unit as the pilot of the Shennong, but she doesn't know how to operate it. All seems lost when the Nergal attack Borneo Island and the other girls can't escape before they explode. Will Shennong answer Reika's plea?

Following the battle of Borneo Island, AG Unit finally took control of Shennong. Intrigued by the indecipherable signal emitted from this particular G's Frame, the military's top brass decided to send the AG Unit to Jupiter for further investigation. What awaits them on their first mission on space?

After Captain Judith is declared missing in action, Luna takes over as the Ancient Girls' unit leader. It turns out that her father's death was caused by an incident involving a Nergal larva. Will history repeat itself when another Nergal larva infiltrates the girls' spaceship?

After the last Nergal invasion, the energy transmission system connecting the White Giant to Atra-Hasis was badly damaged, which forced them to change course to Mars. Accompanying them is the Destroyer Normandy and its captain, Lieutenant Colonel Peterson, a war hero who fought in the Battle of Mars.

On the way to Jupiter, the girls have to stop by Mars to look for a way to repair the Atra-Hasis' mobile Divine Grace plant. They arrived at the ruins of the ancient alien people who created the White Giant.

As Atra-Hasis entered the Trojan Asteroid Belt, its crew began searching for any traces of survivors from the last war. During one of such duties, the girls found a shining object they named Fluffy. But from that moment, strange things began to happen.

Back on Earth, the Gandharva was found near the Mariana Islands in the Pacific Ocean. However, the top brass is just concerned about the budget and wants to salvage Gandharva because they consider it's a useful weapon. Not satisfied with their decision, one man decides to organize a rescue team in secret.

Leaving behind the good news that Captain Judith is still alive, the Atra-Hasis continues its journey towards Jupiter. Suddenly, as the ship's power is cut off, hundreds of thousands of Nergals appear out of nowhere. Among them, there's one that is at least ten times larger than normal, and on top of it is.

Due to the events on Jupiter, AtraHasis received an order from Earth, telling them to cease all activities regarding the G's Frames. However, unbeknownst to everyone, Shennong has been activated.

When Astra-Hasis returns, the Nergals have already completely covered the outside of Earth. Having no other choice, the United Earth Alliance activated the DGI, shutting down all Divine Grace systems. However, this caused uproar in many places, and the DGI could only hold out for a few more hours.

The Earth is temporarily safe due to the DGI field, but it can only last for a few more minutes. Having no choice, the Astra-Hasis begins its final mission to rescue Earth. Every G's Frame is joining the battle, even the White Giant and the long-lost Asena.
