Chayene (Cláudia Abreu) most likely never calls her employees by their actual names. She has "mistakenly" called them names like Auxiliadora, Amparo, S.O.S, Help (synonyms to Socorro's (Titina Medeiros) name), Roselba, Rosete, Rosélia, Rosilda, Rochanne, Rochana, Rochete (for Rosário (Leandra Leal) and Epitanga, Epamonha (for Epifânia (Ilva Niño). Other names include Égua, Potra, Ariranha, Trairanha, Chumbreguete (for Empreguete) among others.
A theatrical film spin off was announced and was supposed to begin shooting in 2015 with scenes recorded live during the Rock in Rio festival that year. Scheduling conflicts delayed the project until it got canceled.
All cast members do their own singing and dancing, except Ricardo Tozzi. He took singing lessons in preparation for the role of Fabian, but his voice proved unfit. Juliano Cortuah performs Fabian's songs.
