'Shaky but Steady' is how Tupis Building is popularly called. The construction, a skyscraper built in the 40s' in the heart of Belo Horizonte, became a myth while its 17 floors gradually rose up towards the sky. It is crooked and seems to be constantly shaking, which leaves a question in the air: Is it bound to fall? Despite reaching up to the sky, the building has never rid itself from the gossip curse. And suddenly it becomes a leading character of a saga, a study about the passing of time, memory, space, transformation and people. A plot of truths and lies, documents and fiction.
