Children are forced to train and kill 'others', we see kids as young as 5 or 6 with guns, which could be disturbing or worrying to some.

The first part of the film describes the 4 'Waves' which have destroyed the earth including loss of power, which causes a plane to crash, tsunamis and earthquakes and a deadly virus, which appears to have killed many.
