This show is cool!!..Even if this is has a less action and changes in art. The show is highly underrated and is good to watch. The story later in the show is completely awesome and creates a new outlook of the epic BEN 10 show..i would be glad if they had brought some more action and darkness into the show. But when i see the reboot i think that they should have continued this one as it deserved more than it got.

I'm so fed up with all the negative reviews I've seen Omniverse getting that I just had to write my own for it.
For me, Ben 10: Omniverse saved what Ultimate Alien destroyed. I found the story to be lacking and actually dropped the show during that season because it just didn't hold any interest. I also have to admit that since the new art style of Omniverse didn't appeal to my eye, I completely ignored it for the first two seasons.
However, I lately found myself missing the feeling of Ben 10 and tried to re-watch it through starting with the first season but sadly, not many of those episodes could hold a second watch and still be interesting; amidst my watching of the original series, I stumbled upon some later episode of Omniverse and fell in love in those 20 minutes.
The light feeling and the chemistry between the new duo was much better than I'd assumed and even though the art and animation were still sore to my eyes, I got past them because the experience itself was pleasant.
I admit that the art and animation of the earlier seasons is much more to my taste and even though I hate the new look they gave Gwen, I think this show is exactly what the franchise needed. I agree that it might have had the feeling of milking it away during Ultimate Alien, which to me had no point what so ever but now I feel like I'm back to getting the same feeling as I did when I first started watching the show Ben 10.
Although the flashback stories and the 11-year-old Ben in this series could be better written and more loyal to the original series and are probably the worst part of it, I would give it a change. They keep putting more and more focus on the present time and keeping the flashbacks as a minimum "refreshments". You will always see a lot of people putting it down, but to me it has been the only series of the franchise that's been able to last interesting past the first watch. I actually watched the both seasons twice in three weeks just because of how pleasantly surprised I was by them.
And now the new color palette of the third season promises something new and I am eagerly waiting what's to come.
So, despite all the negative reviews you might hear about it, I would give Omniverse chance anyway - as it seems to be one of those sequel shows that divide people harshly in those who love it and those who hate it and you might just as well be part of us belonging to the former.

The show is rated 5.7 but worth 10.
A nice show, but it was criticized not by the haters of Ben 10, but it criticized a fan of Ben 10 only for modifying the style of drawing that resulted from the death of Dwayne MacDuffie, one of the writers in the series God bless his soul.
The new and final show from the series made many reforms for many mistakes in the whole series, but it was not enough for fans only because of the style of painting and replacing Gwen and Kevin with the character Rock, which is a wonderful character.
The style may be silly and the comedy is overrated but it is still a great show and contains the best episodes like the universe against Ben 10 or the weapon X. It is the greatest of all episodes and look at the ratings most episodes get 8.5 and 9.
I liked it throughout the four comedy series. It was never a major classification, but it continued with this show. It was distinguished by more comedy, but sometimes it is annoying.
I love this show and All other shows from ben 10

I only made this account just to write a review for this show (as it is my favorite) and I am currently sick of seeing all these negative reviews about it. Ben 10: Alien Force took a darker tone on the Ben 10: franchise which I liked, however it wasn't the original Ben 10. Ben 10 Omniverse after all these years is more spirited towards the original series (which is by far the best.) The art style in this show was creative and colorful and it worked. I also think the character designs were very unique and not generic as in UAF. In Ben 10: Omniverse the colors are very nice and vibrant and really create a nice scene (and this show has some of the best action scenes I have ever seen.) Now to the aliens. In the original series the aliens that came along had this charm to it, and they were extremely creative from a walking torch to an alien mummy to a creature completely covered in eyes that can shoot laser beams. The charm of the aliens was lost in Alien Force but got better with ultimate alien. But in Omniverse, The alien designs were AMAZING. Aliens like Feedback, Bloxx, Gravattack, and Gutrot had charming designs and you could tell the charm from the original series was there. Like the original series they had cool costumes to go with the alien. The transformation sequences were also impressive. Ben 10: Omniverse overall had a genius and clever story, like having a time war with Ben battling versions of himself from other dimensions, and his inter dimensional counterpart having to go back in time to where Ben found the omnitrix, and having to make sure him gets it. We also get more backstory on characters and with every episode being action packed and entertaining, some stood out as incredible. I think Ben 10: Omniverse is incredibly underrated, usually for its change in art style (which I love and have no problem with by the way. Overall I think this series is very entertaining and I always recommend you watch it.

The end to one of my favorite franchises as a kid. Ben 10: Omniverse is in par with in terms of story writing and plot compared to the 3 previous installments but it does bring a satisfying ending to the franchise.
The writing could have been better but was solid for the most part. The plot was good though it had some flaws and issues and was quiet inconsistent at times The flashbacks are solid. The atmosphere was likable, wacky and full of fun similiar to that of the original. Some episodes were good while others fell of alot. This really brings the spirit of the original Ben 10 series which was awesome . It was quiet shallow but thats to be expecetd since it's a kids show.
The artstyle was quiet the surprise and disappointment. Like why does Gwen's have freckles and her face is shortened . The intro and voice acting was fantastic. Even though the intro was quiet short it matches the level of quality to that of the original. It was more vibrant and better animated than before with more creative characters and set designs. The villians are alright.
Overall a semi enjoyable show
Memorable: No Rewatchable: Very unlikely..

Although it's not the worst in the series, Omniverse is definetley a step down from what we once had.
If you're a fan, it's worth a watch.

So, we're well into the series now and I feel like I can safely judge it. I was willing to give it a chance but now it's just starting to feel like a waste of my time.
First of all, I would seriously not recommend the show to anyone of an older age, Cartoon Network were not happy with the darker, mature direction that AF and UA had taken (as this caused toy sales to plummet) and have ordered Omniverse to go a much more childish route.
I wouldn't recommend it to fans of previous Ben 10 shows either. Remember 'Fool's Gold' and 'The Mother Of All Vreedles', i.e. the worst episodes of the entire franchise? Well that's the standard that Omniverse has generally taken.
Story. So, let's start with the stories Omniverse is dealing with. The majority of them are ridiculous. This franchise used to have pretty good logic, but this new show favours comedic situations over anything of real substance. Alien threats have been trivialised, bad guys are now jokes and the good guys are just as bad. As an example to help you understand what I'm talking about, a big pig guy recently attacked Ben because he ate a hamburger... yes, this is what Ben 10 has become. An important note about the plots is that there is no more complexity. It's honestly as if the majority of the stories have been written for the brain-dead... Now, there have been glimpses of greatness. The concept of the 'Nemetrix' serves as a great evil opposition to the Omnitrix, but it rarely gets used as anything more than an obstacle in Ben's way and it hardly ever feels like a real threat. Another thing that works, and is probably the most interesting angle of this series, the fact that we get to see young Ben and teen Ben. But the problem is that it is hardly ever used. This is a recurring theme with Omniverse, there are some good ideas but the execution is absolutely horrid and is seemingly just there to pad out some comedy. Oh, and there's always the episode "Blukic & Driba go to Mr. Smoothy's" which might just be the worst episode of any television show I have ever seen. DO NOT WATCH IT. It isn't just enough to put you off Ben 10, it's enough to put you off television as an entertainment medium all together. What's even more worrying is that this episode is considered one of the maker's favourite.
Design & Animation. I actually don't mind the new look. I certainly don't like it, but I can stomach it. It reflects the tone and style of Omniverse and it lets the same characters be sold again in toy form... I have to admit I love the fact background alien characters aren't just all the same anymore, which was a major problem in AF and UA. In this show, everyone seems to be rather unique and different in their own way.
Characters. Ben has reverted back to being an extremely immature individual. Any character development has been thrown out of the window in favour of setting up a relationship with his new partner, 'Rook', who is extremely serious and serves as an opposite to Ben. What can I say about Rook? Well, he's extremely boring. That's all I can say about Rook. Gwen & Kevin are pretty much always absent for the series, but when they do come back they're great as usual. The plumbers have become a bunch of idiotic, mumbling fools in Omniverse. I was so excited that we would be getting to see more plumbers but most are unbearable to watch. Especially Blukic and Driba. If their dialogue doesn't turn you off, the voice acting will. The baddies have also become a bunch of idiotic, mumbling fools. Are you starting to notice a trend? Seriously, how is the audience meant to believe that any of these villains are an actual threat when they're nothing more than jokes. This is one of the worst things in the show. It is absolutely appalling how characters are being treated. The only villain that seems a threat is Malware, who genuinely is quite scary and has a rather interested backstory. He's one of the few reasons why anyone should watch the show.
Ben 10 Omniverse is completely unlike anything else in the Ben 10 franchise. It's not just a new direction, it's a whole new show. I understand that CN wanted to re-capture children again, but I wouldn't even recommend this for that age group. Whilst we get glimmers of good morals, most of the time characters get away with things that could be bad influences on kids. The stories are un-inspiring, most of the characters fall flat. This is not worthy of the Ben 10 name.
If it weren't for it's predecessors, I would have rated the show a bit higher. But it is a sequel and therefore it must be viewed in context with them. What was once an interesting action franchise, is now a comedic, brainless bore. This is dumbed down Ben 10.
I hope this show sees it end soon but I worry that audiences will lap it up. If we've learnt anything from the television-watching audience these days, it's that most people do not want to think. They want to sit in front of a television and be spoon-fed everything.
I understand this review is highly negative, but as a huge fan of Ben 10 I was sorely disappointed with this offering. I was optimistic and excited about Omniverse but as each episode passed, my faith faded. To end this review I will just state that this franchise has now lost me as a viewer, I refuse to support something of such poor, mindless quality.

Ben 10 and all its spin off series have had their ups and downs, from simple Saturday morning cartoon to darker and more serious action cartoon and now a more comedy and action balanced show. All fans have different opinions of which was the best and I am no different, but Ben 10 Omniverse isn't as bad as it may seem. Omniverse trades out the Saturday morning cartoon "monster of the week" for multiple episode arcs. The monster of the week part is still there, but bigger villains usually take a little long to beat. Because of this, a lot of story elements take longer to resolve, which isn't a bad thing, and give more to enjoy in character interactions. It may have a slow start, but as it goes on and new characters and villains are added, it only makes the show better and better.
If you enjoy multiple episode arcs and a better balance of comedy and action, I highly recommend Omniverse, and if not their are plenty of different Ben 10 out their to enjoy.

Although some people have started disliking this series because of it's "poor art", the fact that Gwen and Kevin have been replaced by Rook etc, this series is supposed to pay a homage to the original.. that's why Ben looks more like his old self than his alien force and ultimate alien versions. Sure this series isn't as great as Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, but we should learn to accept change and start liking this show. I know of people who constantly cry about the fact that in this art the Omnitrix is always changing shapes during scenes when Ben is in an alien form. I don't know why this is so but this "misshaping" of the Omnitrix is supposed to mean something, something ,not yet, in our reach. If you have seen Transformers Animated, you'd see the same "misshapingness" of circular objects in that series (it is a work of Derrick J. Wyatt). The art IS somewhat similar to the last two series and I'm pretty sure people didn't like Alien Force when it first aired and then ,gradually, they started liking it.
If, as a fan of Ben-10, you were hoping for a solid advance in the Ben 10/Alien/Ultimate franchise...you're not getting it. This is more of a reboot than a continuation; and aimed squarely at brain-dead elementary kids (and intending to keep them that way).
To start with, the animation and drawing-style are noticeably inferior to previous iterations of the series. Ben has gigantic eyes and a cartoonishly large head now -- in fact all the characters look ridiculous. While thankfully retaining the same voice-cast, the show has obviously been done on the cheap; and intelligently-written dialogue is a thing of the past.
Gwen and Kevin are now gone....and this a major mistake. Gwen locked in a girl audience to the series, and her character provided a needed reality-oriented anchor to Ben's perpetual temptation toward zany idiocy.
Last but not least: the theme music is atrocious (whereas the theme of the original show is perhaps one of the most fondly-remembered of any animated series); simply hearing a few seconds of it is enough to have you scrambling for the remote.
Prediction (made halfway through the first season): Omniverse will kill the franchise, and it'll be canceled before its full run.

As a ben 10 fan, I really wanted to see what are they gonna do after the end of ulitmate alien. But when you expect too much then it must outdo your expectation. Besides of good storyline, they ruined the character style of all characters. They introduced some new alien which seems so creepy as compared to the previous season's alien. If they had used the old character style, it would have better in every aspect. At last i wanna say u have to compromise with graphics to watch this season.the storyline won't dissapoint u.

When I first saw the ad for Ben 10: Omniverse, I was like "That looks lame" and "what's with that weird animation style". Then I actually watched it. The show was action packed, but not too action packed, and there was plenty of comic relief. The story line was easy to follow, and the use of classic characters was great! Then there was the flashbacks. They basically rebooted Ben 10 and went to after the Dagon incident. But the reboot wasn't a bad thing, it just added an extra summer in which Ben is eleven years old. It didn't really affect anything with the story to seriously. The only problem was with the show was the part where it's revealed that certain characters original backgrounds were fabricated by a secret organization. Besides that, the show was perfect. In conclusion, a lot of people said that the show nearly "killed the franchise", but I think it just added to the awesomeness that is Ben 10.

Let me begin my review by honestly saying that I am a fan of the original Ben 10 through Ultimate Alien series, and I was extremely happy to find that Cartoon Network decided to continue the series with Omniverse. However, after watching about 15 episodes into the series (giving it a chance), I can honestly say that it is a piece of crap.
And I'm not even talking about the genius who made the mindless decision to completely change the style of cartoon artwork from anime style to the hard to stomach blocky jagged "lego style" art.
They did a horrible job of writing out Gwen and Kevin which I will have to admit, was one of my main reason for watching the Ben 10 series...and don't even get me started on Julie. Why is her eyes completely slanted more than ever? Racist much? Also, grandpa has dots for eyes...what happened? Did he accidentally stab his eyes out in between series? Ugh. I want to puke just thinking about how horribly botched the entire damn show is.
The new aliens from his Omnitrix are useless...really? Lego-Block man? What, did the producer spin a wheel on the donkey and ended up stepping on Legos?
I honestly cannot understand who in their right mind would ruin a perfectly good series with mental retardation techniques just to "capture" new audience.
Ben Tennyson has De-evolved into a whiny baby with major attitude. Has he been hit too many times in the head? It seems like it. Most of the time I fantasize about smashing his face in with a tennis racket to shut him up from his horrible "witty" puns that makes my ears bleed.
Why are all the main bad guys bumbling fools? Why is almost all the episodes "filler" episodes? Oh my god...I cannot find in the deepest part of the universe as to what possessed anyone to sabotage this whole franchise.
You bet your ovaries that I won't even let my unborn non existent children ever to lay their eyes upon this abomination series of Ben 10 Omniverse. Heck, just rename the damn thing to: Ben 10: Herpa-Derp as a more fitting title.
I'd watch a damn banana grow wings and fly than watch this piece of crud.
And yes, I begrudgingly created an account just to review this one show. That is how badly I think of this series.

The Omniverse is the installment in the Ben 10 series. Previously seen in the Alien Force and Ultimate Alien series, this time it focuses on Ben's development into adulthood. Drama, kinship, and friendship are the main themes of the new series.

Medicore,
Compared to other cartoons, this is a good cartoon maybe as good as, not better, Regular show
I get they wanted more money but they shouldn't have changed the art style, they shouldn't have got rid of Kevin (and also Gwen), and shouldn't have softened the tone that much. It wasn't bad, still watchable and compared to cartoons now this is a gem.
And they paid for it, They tried to appease the older and younger viewers and ended up getting none.
Summary: -Focused on the laughs instead of the main story -More childish than UA and AF -Some Episodes do matter -If you're a fan of the Ben 10 series, I recommend you watch. If you're not start from the OG ben 10 again.
