Closing the Circle...

A marriage seen from different views, that chopped and changed and shrank then grew, reflecting all the different ages, paths and crossroads rotate through stages, coming to terms with who you are, what you could be, what makes you jar, built around religious fractions, that cause such pain and wild distractions, we're just not built for telepathy, but we build our lives around its certainty.

Liv Ullman and Erland Josephson are truly outstanding in this far too believable evaluation of marriage by Ingmar Bergman where, if you have been married or in a relationship, you are sure to find some parallels - more than one I fancy.
